Review by hotel critic
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Seminarhaus Europäische Akademie Bed & Breakfast, and my culinary adventure was nothing short of nice. Mornings at the breakfast buffet, available from 07:30, quickly became my favorite ritual. As a Londoner, I appreciate a hearty breakfast, but the array of fresh local produce and delicious baked goods here was special. From Mondays to Fridays, I found myself savoring a good mix of traditional and innovative dishes. One morning, we enjoyed a barbecue-themed brunch which added an unexpected twist to my usual breakfast fare. The ambiance of the restaurant complemented the food perfectly, blending historical charm with modern design-something I, as an architect, deeply admire. In short, my stay was a wonderful blend of culinary creativity amidst an architectural marvel. If you're seeking a nice culinary getaway, this spot might just be for you!
